"At 57 years old and being raised and living in Texas my whole life, I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT BBQ, had the Brisket and Turkey, NO SAUCE REQUIRED! Tender and the flavor was amazing and not “smoky” The beans and Cajun potato salad are just as good! Will be back in weekly basis! Parking: Very busy but found a spot right wway Kid-friendliness: My 2 kiddos plus there friends had there own table! Amazazing enviromsnt Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and easy in and out"

"Great farm to table home-turned-restaurant. Lots of nice outdoor seating with a smaller indoor seating. Cute mismatched chairs and tables for various sized parties. Menu is unique and gets the mouth watering with unusual fresh ingredients. Menu is on the smaller side but still plenty to make the choice hard to decide. Coffees and dessert menu are plentiful. Professional servers, tasty food and nice ambiance. A little pricey for a regular stop but good for special occasions or perhaps brunch. One of those places you'll want to introduce multiple friends to."

"I once visited this establishment and thought the cupcakes were not good but my grand daughter saw the sign and wanted a cupcake so I gave in. Upon entry I was asked if I had been there and the answer was yes and the employee assured me a lot had changed and I told him I hoped so because I don't recall it being good. The service was nice, the inside decor was a little over done. The cupcake for $4 was not worth it. The cupcake itself taste like cornbread and not even Jiffy. The buttercream you could taste the butter and only difference between the 2 cupcakes I got was the icing otherwise it was a different buttercream taste on cornbread."

"I grew up in the church. I am a PK… Baby I stopped by Granny Dee’s after work today because I did not feel like cooking. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews. I said to my husband let’s try it anyway. We got the fish special and a slice of old fashion pound cake! All I can say is God was glorified!!! If I had ten thousand tongues I could not thank Granny Dee enough!!! The food was hot, fresh, and very good. Whew chile my feet almost got happy! I can’t speak on the previous bad reviews however it was well with my soul…. If you can trust God you can trust Granny Dee! God bless you granny! May everything you touch prosper..I know I am having fun in this review but I am oh so serious. I know good food when I taste it I come from a line of cooks. Its a straight up 5 out 5 for me!!!??????"

"I visited Texas on business trips several times last year. I discovered Rudys in San Antonio on my second trip. The location was connected to a gas station and being from the east coast was somehow shut down. (My shortcomings are not theirs. I had not left the east coast much in my life). I loved the atmosphere of the country store and the picnic table!! Then I went through the queue to get my food. I asked for help from the CSR and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful! She gave me a little taste of every thing that took me. I loved the bride and the sausage and the ribs. To my pleasure I received measured portions of absolutely delicious smoked meat that blown me away! The 2 sauces available on each picnic table were a saucy exclamation point to perfectly smoked meat! I went home to tell all my friends in Virginia about my experience in Texas. Some of them who also visited Texas told me how amazing their experiences were with Rudy when they also visited Texas. I'm back in business in the spring of Texas and couldn't wait to go back to Rudy. I went into the situation here right in front of the intermediate station 45 and to my chagrin (lol) found out that there was a real restaurant not connected to a gas station! I stood in line, but it was very short, although the line was long. I ordered the same meat as the first time But added a corn on the cob and a cup of banana pudding. The girl waiting for me was as friendly as I wanted and I was blown away from the quality of the food again. I don't know if it's possible, but I'd see a Rudy's in North Virginia sometime soon!! Thanks for so amazing food and great customer experience!!"

"I've eaten here twice before and both times, the food, service and atmosphere have been great. Ordered the Carl's King and The Blanco (half and half on one pizza) and it was very tasty. If you enjoy a thin crust Chicago style pizza, you won't be disappointed at Crust. Pizza is thin but not too think and ingrediants are fresh. They have a lot of ingredients to choose from and some really good manager's lunch specials. Also tried the crusted goat cheese salad and loved it. Very fresh! Will definitely be eating here again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available."
