"Wonderful restaurant with that great Texas feel to it. It has delicious home cooking with all the typical favorites. We had their Grilled Pork Chops which were so tender delicious. We also ordered their grilled Liver Onions with gravy which was great. They also have grilled chicken, chicken fried steak and so much more. The restaurant has been around for more than 30 years has great food, friendly wonderful service, and nice Texas ambience. Also very reasonable prices. It’s a place where you can just relax enjoy with family friends. They also have wonderful outdoor seating with cooling fans which is so wonderful. Highly recommend."

"I ordered a Baked Potato with everything on it , like butter,cheese, sour cream, bacon and extra sauce etc and when I got it it was just a plain potato with chopped beef and no cheese or anything else on it. They did give me the extra sauce and some pickles but I am disappointed."

"While on our vacation to Canyon Lake we went for four days straight for lunch. Excellent, fast service. The food was that good and I am an excellent cook. No not bragging just honest. We couldn't get enough of so many items."
