"This place is definitely worth visiting if you're in the area. It's new so they need to work on their consistency but I dont mind feeling like it's a new place every time I go as long as it's good. The one thing that has been consistent is the perfect smokiness of the brisket. You really don't need sauce. Bare Bull BBQ challenges most of the better known places in Austin, Lockhart, NB, etc. Friendly people too."
