El Rodeo Steakhouse - Spring Valley

What Sam S likes about El Rodeo Steakhouse:
One of the best steakhouses I've ever been to. It was very busy but I only had to wait a few minutes. Service was quick and polite. I got the tomahawk steak (medium rare) and it was cooked perfectly. I asked for clam chowder and it was also some of the best. I usually get it when I go to the coast and this blew those soups out of the water. Very good prices.
