I took my husband to Five Guys in Springfield for his birthday, and we were highly disappointed.
Barely passable burgers, high price for what you get, terrible service, ambiance sucks (warehouse atmosphere w/ crappy music & sound system).
Very friendly staff! Excellent burger and fries! I love the "little" burger, it's plenty for me. Everything I've come to expect from a Five Guys!
