A coworker told me about this little gem tucked nicely in downtown Springfield so I decided to give it a try. Today I had lunch. I chose half of a veggie sandwich and a half of a house salad. The sandwich had roasted peppers, warm hummus, mozzarella cheese, and spinach served on foccia bread. It was warm and gooey and delicious!
