Papa John's Pizza - Springfield

I just tried calling in an order and the lady I talked to was extremely rude. (I believe I her name was Kris). The phone kept having static and was extremely loud. When I let her know I couldn?t hear she told me ?It?s not me honey it?s your phone? in a very hateful tone. And insisted she was going to charge me double for a delivery fee when I needed to add another pizza. I let her know to cancel my order and that I would go somewhere else. When calling another location in the area the gentleman was extremely helpful and nice. When I explained the situation the gentleman knew exactly who I was talking about.

I gave the driver a big cash tip on a cold, icy day. It was double my normal good tip. When I checked my bank account I noticed that the driver or the store manager had added another dollar tip once they got back to the store. The manager first told me that they didn't do that and that she checks the receipts to make sure that doesn't happen. Still refusing to admit what they'd done I was told that I could come to the store and they'd give me a dollar. I explained that I had ordered pizza delivery because I didn't want to go to their store and that I wouldn't be driving over there for a dollar. I was then offered a free pizza. Yeah right... like I'm going to accept a pizza that I didn't see them make after they're ticked off. I told them that I wanted to see the receipt, and I was told that they didn't have it anymore. They told me that it had been sent to the accountant. Strangely enough, the accountant couldn't find it, either. I submitted a fraud claim to MasterCard, and I'm awaiting their response. Under normal stances you should be careful with your credit/debit cards, and if you use it with these people and give the driver a cash tip that you heavily mark and take a picture of the receipt.

Quick, convenient, friendly. Pizza is always great. Prices might be a little higher than some of the other chains but the quality is much better.

I called to order a pizza and brownies tonight waited on my food FOREVER only to discover that my pizza had not been sliced.. I called back was placed on hold to speak with a manager 15mins after being put on hold he picks up the line asking me over and over again am I sure the pizza had not been sliced.He offered to send me one thats cut but made it a point 4 times of him needing the original one back,as if I couldn't have just purchased 2 pizzas. Told me that someone would be written up for it.The manager was rude never apologized for the inconvenience NOTHING just an all I can do attitude. little does he know decent customer service goes a long way I see why his workers have attitude problems..This was my first and last time ordering anything for this store..

Normally, I'm just gonna get pizza hats smelling so good I had to try. It was surprisingly good
