The Backlot is actually pretty good food. I had the Springfield cashew chicken and I would have to say it's in my top 10. It was very flavorful and met all of the yummy goodness you expect from Springfield style cashew chicken. The worst food ever. The salad was old and dry and sandwich was dry and also taste terrible. And Dr. Pfeffer was flat, so literally NOTHING was all good. Too bad. View all feedback.
