"This restaurant is a must if you're in this area! You have to try the food here!! The prices are really fair, it's not too expensive. The portion sizes are great too, lots of food! It's definitely a great deal. My girlfriend and I both had large plates of food. We were stuffed and the bill only came to $25 before tip! The food is also just mouthwatering! It's so delicious, anything you can try here will be good! I've never been disappointed! Definitely come here if you can!"

"Just what St. John's needed, closest to authentic mexican street tacos you can find in St. John's. Wish they varied more from the TVP + beans route, vegetarians eat more than that!My favourite offering so far has been the portobello taco - keep it simple and it's delicious!"

"Having read the reviews I'm sorry to say that our experience wasn't so good. We (4 of us) called in last Sunday for a bite to keep us going. The food was basic (cheese toasted sandwich and other sandwiches) we're basically served with little imagination. We ate quickly and left. The coffee and bottled water we're good."

"This place was highly recommended to us to visit, as a vegan family visiting from Ontario. The owner was so friendly, offered soup, beautiful home made sauces, fruit for my children, warming tea from Thailand all free of charge. The owner explained all of the dishes to us along with his recommendations. The portions are very generous, 4 of us shared 3 entrees. He also provided us with some recommendations on attractions and places to visit while we are here. We can not wait to return to St Johns to visit again."

"Great place to have some really authentic Italian food. Unlike downtown st John's, the service here is pretty good. Our server was very quick, friendly, paid attention to detail and had great recommendations. I can't stress it enough the tiramisu is amazing, it's the best I have had. Unfortunately they run of tiramisu really quickly"

"A place for great Indian cuisine at affordable cost ! Loved the Kerala Poratta and Beef. In terms of service, the order took around 10 minutes and was ready All the stuffs including chef Shiva were very humble and generous people. Besides food menu, spicex has many varieties of indian spices, snacks, frozen vegetables etc Must visit !"
