Get ready to go to court to claim your refund. After 5 months I still cannot get my refund of over $100 that has been pending for 5 months. Each time I call the store to speak to a manager I am told I will receive that refund within a couple of days. Customer service is abysmal. Don't go to crumble cookies. View all feedback.
Most of the cookies have been 5*. I do wish they always had their sugar cookie available.

I love crumble cookies, great service and tastes so good.
They finally have mini's! I'm so happy right now. I love that you can choose from their classic large cookie or the mini's for easier sharing. Favorite cookie place in town and their flavors change every week so it's fun to have new options
