we thought we had a late breakfast/ breakfast lunch. husband had the skillful meal. perfectly cooked and very tasty. my son had earthy and creamy French toast - he loved the fresh earthy - he said it was the best of all time. Although the place is new to Parowan. It came with great reviews. We have been there for breakfast 2 different Sundays. I get kinks need to be worked out. Both times the sausage and hash browns were cold. Obviously they are pre made. The waitress was a senior and didn’t care if things weren’t right.
