What sheri m likes about Denny's:
It is Thanksgiving day. I spent 13 hours today visiting a family member in the hospital. Luckily, Dennys is always open, and this lovely, lovely manager named Chris took mercy on my hungry, distraught soul and took a few minutes to set me up with some hot soup and a salad even though it was a very busy time in the restaurant. Absolutely the most ridiculous customer service tonight specifically from the host if the owner writes on this I will gladly give you his name. I ordered something I come in often in the morning to get and have never had an issue receiving it but tonight the host decided the lie blatantly to my face.
