Been visiting here for 13 years absolutely LOVED FOOD and STAFF. Past few years new landlady in charge. Poor service! Food not as good. Paid for roast dinner never arrived landlady accused me of not paying. Turns out I did pay, apology was in form of a drink poor customer connection. she needs to understand her attitude reflects upon her staff and affects her staff morale and her customer service. Met some friends here for an early tea. The food was amazing, it was served very quickly by pleasant staff, can't fault it.
