What User doesn't like about Mrs Vanelli's:
I used to really enjoy eating here, but it's declined abit. Salads are still okay, but the last one I ate actually had chunks of ice in it, and when questioned the response was "we freeze our ingredients" which I'm find with, but the amount of ice wasn't appealing and we were not offered a new one or anything.
