Burger King from St. Louis Menu

What Grace Combee doesn't like about Burger King:
Employees park right by door. Only about 4 or 5 spots plus 2 handicap but at least 3 are taken by employees when there's a whole parking area away from the door! I work in multiple customer service positions and this is not normal practice. Customers are supposed to have the choice parking as they are coming and going, not staying a whole shift or maybe even 2. read more.

Nice looking and good service at the window. Got what I wanted and they were quick about it. Would be great if you guys would make real cold coffee!

"I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."
