There were several other workers standing around, cussing and gossiping about any and everyone… other workers and customers that were walking in. Even our 3 year old covered his mouth and talked about the “bad word” ?? Behavior that I would have expected more in a bar and not family restaurant. ??"

"Our family of 5 visits Rich's 2-3 times a month and we easily spend $20-$30 each visit. Many times, when we order concretes, the mixers or toppings are only mixed into the top part of the concrete and the bottom of the concrete is only custard. This past Saturday, all 5 of us ordered concretes in the drive through and when we opened them at home, there were almost no mixers or toppings AT ALL in any of the concretes. Additionally, one of the concretes ordered was brownie bits and the brownie bits tasted stale and like raisins. Finally, we enjoy ordering chocolate custard and the chocolate custard machine has been broken for weeks, at least since the beginning of the year. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO RICH'S AGAIN!"
