A star is based purely on the speed and quality of the service. Every day you come to this place and regardless of how busy they are, you will wait in the line or the ride thru FOREVER. A small coffee 25min wait in the drive thru. 2 Cheeseburger 30min wait inside. I have my 1921 slider and funny thing is that I ordered them in 1921.
