the friendly staff made our stay very pleasant

had the best night last night in the stanhope family hotel for 60th birthday, dancing the night away. both singers, where fantastic eating was great. eeveryone...

"Wanted to try this place since moving to shep. Tried mushroom pie : nice meaty and mushroom texture, not to saltly. Good. Curry pie: not much curry favour just was like a meat pie. Potato cake were sad. Just a 1mm slice of rubber Potato in batter. Poor. Vanilla slice. Meh average. Maybe 8/10 won't say it's the best ever. Otherwise their sandwich counter looked good. Maybe better than pies."

"I had such a good salmon meal there l went back the next night to have it again. Service is excellent and very friendly. Pool table is in good order and we enjoyed a few games. Our friend's meals were huge. My only dislike is that l would have liked to sit outside and eat but they allowed smokers to smoke in the outside eating area which was extremely off putting. But l highly recommend it still."

"We ordered a large capricosa tonite as we always get the same pizza and tonite it was absolutely discusting it smelled funny we tried it and we realised that the mushrooms were off tasted horrible.. My partner then rang them up spoke with the lady manager and omg she was so so so rude to him so then I rang up and she said she was eating them now and they are fresh and didn’t even offer to make us another one all she done was argue and kept telling us that the mushrooms were fresh sorry but they were not.. very very disappointing and now my man has the runs GREAT"
