"Visited with my family today and couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable by two staff members who couldn’t keep their hands off each other behind the counter. Not normally bothered by public displays of affection however these two where unprofessionally hanging off each other. Can’t knock the food and drink, atmosphere great too! Just felt a bit awkward"

"We were quickly shown to an available table. Then completely ignored. Staff were walking past all the time and even though we tried to get their attention they ignored us. After 20 minutes we saw someone coming towards us only to go to the table next to us, who came in after us to take their order. We then decided to leave. Such disappointing customer service"

"Interested to hear about the healthy fruit smoothies. Ordered a banana, strawberry and orange. Watched the preparation. Basically it’s one banana. The strawberry and orange flavours are just carton juices. £4.35. That is not a smoothie at all. Very disappointed."

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was very tasty but you did have to wait a long time between courses so maybe they need more staff in the kitchen. Overall tasty food and very reasonable priced but spoilt it buy the very long wait between starter and main course"
