It's hidden in a Woodley, across from the ex-Saturn dealership. But as always, DQ is a great place to cool off.

Nothing special about icemilk (it is called ice cream but it is icemilk) and everything is bit pricy...

Much more than expected. The thickness was exactly what you see on the sample. So angry to find this place since I lived in State College for two years.
