Order was incorrect. Missing ketchup packets, missing utensils, missing water bottle. Pretty difficult to eat without utensils! Please include ketchup packets and include napkins and utensils YES plain as day on my receipt. I called and the lady thatanswered basically told me 'too bad ' regarding the ketchup and utensils because I don 't pay for them. And blamed the missingwater on the GrubHub driver.
