Ordered online during normal business hours and paid. Received email notification pizza was ready. Went to pick it up and open sign was on but door was locked. Three people were working in there but wouldn’t unlock door or answer phone. Two other customers who had ordered and paid online also waiting. Waited over 30 mins and they still forgot to put my order in and the guy behind the counter keep talking about his tip bucket empty and if there was something in it he would be faster …….. your lucky I don’t ask for my money back !!!!!!!!!

Absolute worst management I’ve ever seen in a business order pizza online said it would be ready at 5:12 I got there at 5:12 and the building was closed had a note on the door saying to visit the one on East Broad Street when I got there management told me they would not give me a refund and refused to fix the pizza therefore I was out $30 on pizza That I never received
Prices are high at this location. Love that pizza though
Well the store was a lot cleaner. The girl working had to have her husband come in, I think, because the other employees didn't bother showing up. Not the first time I've been there and known this to happen
