"After visiting the archaeological museum and the exhibition building for about three hours in the morning, we decided to return around the day with a recommendation from our sternberger for this restaurant. as the morning breakfast had already slipped through the morning tour, it was allowed to be a bit deft. who think that in the face of the situation we are going into a tourifalle, we were just sneaking at the side. to our disappointment, however, this had closed locally. We did not wonder because it was under the week and next season. already at the excavation site we were almost alone. apparently you also live here from the tourism . (although next door there is another restaurant.) obviously we had noticed and a friendly young lady came out and asked us to enter. with the note that we would of course also prepare something to eat, were guided through the building to the now closed but wonderfully warm sun terrace with magnificent view into the well-maintained garden of the abbey and on the lake. in summer you can sit very nice in the garden, but for that it was already too cool at the end of september. we decided after a short look into the map for breakfast and omelette with mushrooms and bratkartoffeln. after the very warm reception, our desires from the card not to be overloaded were also welcomed, not without a short chat. the waiting time we drove off at a cup coffee to which an amarettini was given. what was served after a reasonable time was not only very beautifully dressed, but also tasted excellent. there is probably a very ambitious chef at the work, which enchants such a tasty egg from a simple and per se. If the portions weren't very plentiful, it would have been possible to give a hint. this house is characterized by very good eating, which was also confirmed by our starbergs, but also by hospitality. not only that the kitchen was heated for us, we were also very careful and cordially served and it was also asked during eating whether everything is to our satisfaction. that such a great teller is not to have an appel and a ei, but you must invest as hospitable between 6.50 and almost 10 €, almost understands itself and has not disturbed us among the given circumstances. the price level of the main foods was in my mind in a range of up to 16 € and that is quite in order. the main business is mainly in the evening hours and the weekends. you should book better. since everything has been voted, we find this restaurant absolutely recommended."

"In rural idyll past old avenues northeast of Schwerin you will find (hopefully after Basthorst a part of the municipality of Crivitz with a beautiful house-like estate to the castle Basthorst. On the lovingly renovated area next to the magnificently furnished main house with original stylish, luxuriant rooms and salons and old annexes, a restaurant complex with hotel extension was rebuilt in which we were a guest. Behind this is an investor group, please do not confuse with the estate of Baron Ruffin in the Lauenburgian! I can say beforehand that I have the experience of my pre-assessors with regard to Cuisine and service not shared we were lovingly served and cooked by a young team.
