"Our new favourite place! her bark swarm was phenomenal, and the small child in our group has inhaled her lens soup quite, which is shocking. I need to taste a bit that she left behind, and I wish I had a bowl for me. Greater place if they have milk allergies, as there are only a few dishes that contain milk, and are easy to avoid, and the server was extremely worth knowing about every item on the menu."

"We went to celebrate my brother's birthday. From start to finish this place is a class act. Service from checking in to Tom our waiter was well done. Food as always is tasty with an ever evolving menu. Glasses were never empty. Highly recommended."

"Amazing food, great service, great prices. I can't say enough good things about Ban Thai. As a Saint Joseph resident for more than 20 years, this is definitely the best Asian food in the area. It isn't even a competition, Ban Thai is so incredibly far above the others it isn't worth comparing. Ban Thai is in a league of its own. The owner is charming, welcoming, and offers free things to regulars. The only bad thing about Ban Thai is how amazing the food is--occasionally this means you will have a short wait because everyone wants to eat there at the same time. But the wait is meaningless, it pales in comparison to the value of their delicious food. If I had to drive an hour to pick up Ban Thai, I would. Easily. If you never try Ban Thai, you are missing an essential human experience. Try the Thai Crispy Egg Rolls if you are curious about the best tasting egg rolls in a 100 mile radius. Also, if you like heat and authentic spice, this is the only Asian place in Saint Joseph or nearby (trust me I check often), that gives a real kick when you ask for extra spicy. Jimmy will treat you right."
