seems that the bistro owner has changed. previous star of 5 has changed to one. I gave him two. 1. I ordered the fish and chips with salat. the fish was a randomly frozen peice that was oily and yuk. the salate was various leaves in a prepared mix with little dressing. the chips were good, seemingly the only ingredients freshly prepared.
