What Michael C likes about Costa Coffee:
First time in Tunstall. Spent a long while in the Costa there, and this has to be the busiest Costa I have ever been in. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Toilet was clean and the tables were wiped regularly. Comfortable couple of hours catching up with my sister in a lively atmosphere. View all feedback.
What Paul C doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Checked website which said closing time of 6. We arrived and although the staff were generally ok, it took 5mins for the 4 to decide you would serve us. Cake and coffee great. At 5.20 a young man started to hoover around tables next to us, not good for asthmatics. We did feel like we were being pushed to leave.
