We have been to this chippy twice now. It's the best fish we have ever tasted. The chips are good and mushy peas real. The staff are lovely and they cook the fish as ordered so that it is hot and crispy. Menu is very varied with home made beef and potato pie and cottage pie. Well worth a visit. read more.

Food was all right but went there on the 16/02/16 at 20.15 last night to get some chips and got a frosty reception of the staff to which i tryed to have a laugh with which was no chance she was horrible so will never go back. Plus went there when these people just opened and they short changed me and i saw the woman change the money in her pocket should never have gone back wish the old owners would come back read more.

The business is now a peri peri chicken outlet. Looks smart from the outside but as we wanted fish and chips we did not go in. The old place was really good.
