"Came in and an a member of staff sat us down but never asked whether we wanted to be sat indoors or outdoors and just sat us up a corner outside. We waited a good mins before someone brought us a menu and then...he asked to take our order when he had just given us a menu. We then saw someone else come up to be seated and they given the choice to sit inside or outside to which we asked a young girl if we could move inside, she said yes but then started doing something else before siting us so just left us stood there, to which the women who sat us down came over to us and tried to make us do the track and trace again and sit us back down outside. Once we got inside we had our order taken and the food was very nice, cant fault that, but after we finished we weren’t asked if we would like anything else but were brought the card machine! We were given no bill to check what we were actually paying and when we asked to see the bill that was in the waitresses hand she said Ill give you one once you pay and she gave us a card machine receipt and that was it... dont think ill be eating in again!"

"I am not local to the area but made the decision to travel based on it being described as gluten-free AND vegan. Unfortunately it’s gluten-free OR vegan. Was so looking forward to a chippy tea on a Friday but ended up coming away empty handed (well with small fish chips for my child which I had no complaints about) Staff were very friendly sympathetic explaining they didn’t have enough fryers to be both. Still 4/5 due to the plight of gluten-free vegan being highlighted the friendliness honesty of the staff. Please a do both soon I’ll be a top customer!"

"Food was lovely but I can't help feel that one member of staff really didn't want be there today. I'm guessing he was from the kitchen as he wore black and had a beard. He was collecting empty dish of the server and I asked politely if anymore hashbrowns as the dish was empty he pretty much looked as if it was too much trouble for him and took the dish away, and then when I went up to get extra sausages he gave that same look at me as if i shouldntcget them. As someone who has worked in customer environment for 10 years I eould of expected at least a polite answer with a smile at least. Been here several times now and also the one in talke where I could not fault the politeness of staff the other day whilst i was there, which is a shame really that this one person has made me want to give a lower star review and not a 5 star as I gave to talke"

"Food was all right but went there on the 16/02/16 at 20.15 last night to get some chips and got a frosty reception of the staff to which i tryed to have a laugh with which was no chance she was horrible so will never go back. Plus went there when these people just opened and they short changed me and i saw the woman change the money in her pocket should never have gone back wish the old owners would come back"
