I have found fish n chips very expensive, everywhere! Then a neighbour suggested Chippys, which is just down the hill, from where we've lived for six years. I've been there twice recently and I love it! The fish is great, nice flavour and the fries are some of the best I've had. But the biggest surprise was the value. Maybe this place has changed, but rather tired, men sitting around watching T.V. having a drink. New to town, We thought it was a sit down. They were surprised when we came to eat there ..Anyhow they did provide us with a table, but the food was not up to standards. Never went back. read more.
