I had a great experience at Starbucks at Stony Brook Hospital. I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me the counter, he was very helpful I wanted to buy a reusable cold cup and there was no outside on the display and he went out the way to get me from behind. Great customer service. I ordered a mint of tea and it was made perfect. Waiting wasn't long. Place was very clean. No complaints. View all feedback.
