"Lovely, character filled hotel right in the middle of Stow. The bar and lounge are olde worlde and full of ambience. The gardens were delightful, sitting and enjoying an afternoon beverage. The rooms are fine, the only addition I would have liked is a fridge. The food in the restaurant, both for the evening meal and breakfast was lovely. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were very accommodating, nothing was too much and they were so hard working. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be returning."

"Had a couple of pints and dinner here, landlord was charming and the food was very tasty, we went on curry night which was very tasty! They're also one of the only pubs to serve a decent selection of local ales and lagers! The Cotswalds lager was great!"
