we decided to visit yoshi sushi for dinner in STOWE after we saw it on happy cow and it was great! they are menu is huge and contains a great selection of Asian cuisine, so there is something for everyone. we ordered a sweet potato roll as an appetizer and then tofu pad thai, broccoli tofu and a series of veggie fried rice to share. all were tasty! and large portions for the price, we had a lot to take home! the frie...
