We’ve eaten at the Arden hotel twice now, once for a pre theatre dinner and once for cream tea. Both times were a major disappointment, pre theatre meal was cold with tiny portions and had a long wait to place order. The cream tea was probably the worst cream tea experience I’ve ever had.
