We have dined at the Arden Hotel twice—once for a pre-theater dinner and once for cream tea. Each experience was quite disappointing. The pre-theater meal was served cold, the portions were tiny, and we faced a long wait just to place our order. The cream tea experience was likely the worst I’ve ever had.
