What Furnikki likes about Chez Ashton (ashton):
The atmosphere is amazing. It is very cosy, it feels like your in a old restaurant from the early 1990 or 2000. The service was good. Not perfect but it was good. At first i didnt like their poutine because peope kept praising Ashton for having the best poutine. After the second try i cant say i hate it. Its a good poutine but i will not call it the best. It is just good. View all feedback.

The food was downright sub-standard. I asked for steamies and got a toasted hotdog with a weird tasting dog. I couldn’t even eat the whole thing.The hamburger was nothing special.The poutine was disappointing.Pricey and not great. View all feedback.

"Had a lovely breakfast with wife and baby. The ham Benedict was exceptional, but every item in the buffet was already outstanding! Our server was very efficient and friendly. Make sure to try the pastries and croissants!"

"Has lost its charm. Last time I went there, I saw customers being turned around to the effect that they were no longer serving coffee around 5 p.m., while this cafe was closing in a few hours, 8 p.m. I think.We are greeted by signs indicating not to stay too long. I can understand with the CEGEP next door, but it's unwelcoming"
