If you are staying in Old Quebec, it is worth the drive or ferry ride across the river to come here for dinner. We lucked into a quiet evening, and we were fortunate to talk at length with the chef about her food. You can feel her passion when she describes the dishes and the ingredients she uses, but that is topped by the flavors you experience when you enjoy the meal. Interesting little restaurant. Mostly vegan food but some vegetarian and a few responsibly sourced meat. We're not vegan but liked the menu so came for dinner....
