If only the olive oil were not SO bad, the pasta would actually be great. Particularly with the gnocchi but also with the spaghetti, the pastas are drenched in a very low-quality oil (almost clear, no where near the color of olive oil). The juices here were pretty good, and given the view and that the place is catered to tourists, it really wasn't that expensive. Great place to get a view of the city, have a glass of... Top spot for the sunset. I had a very delicious juice for only 13 bolivianos. Recommended
Very good coffee and great view. Prices are the same as any café near the plaza
