Had the 10Bs Cafe con Leche... sadly its just Instant Nescafe : Clearly to hard to keep a pot of filter coffee. The view of the city is pretty average sadly.
Very good coffee and great view. Prices are the same as any café near the plaza
Top spot for the sunset. I had a very delicious juice for only 13 bolivianos. Recommended
