"Food was delicious. I had the burger which was big with lots of other accompaniments. The service was not the fasted but that’s because they cook everything fresh for the burger, making it around a minute wait. The waiter we had was very friendly....The location is very nice as it’s on a farm also."

"Really good food, reasonably priced and good portions, lovely ambience, lots of locals either drinking or dining, always a good sign in a small town. We had the added bonus of live music which is usually most Thursdays, also we were told Midnite Voyage, a fantastic jazz band will be playing every third Thursday. The staff are great, special mention to Aleyna who was attentive and professional. We look forward to our next visit."

"Sat outside in the shade and had a very nice savoury tea' at lunchtime. Cheese scone, slices of smoked cheese and posh chutney with a pot of tea. All for Toilets were closed, I think a cafe should make the effort to have...them open even in these difficult times."

"We arrived prompt Friday morning for breakfast. We were welcomed with kindness, openness, and friendly humour. We order 4 small breakfasts, all different and a large pot of tea. The food was plenty, good quality and tasty. Definitely recommend."

"It was our first visit to cinnamon and we were very satisfied. the personal greeted us so beautiful and sat us. they did an amazing task to make us feel so welcome and comfortable. eating was amazing! They are so tasteful and so beautifully presented. a great experience and will definitely visit this place again."

"Returned to The White Lion for a Sunday lunch and it was as good as previously. Good choice of meals including a vegetarian nut roast. Good value, well prepared, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere."

"The BEST Sunday lunch I’ve ever had. If you like rare roast beef you won’t be disappointed as it was delicious and accompanied with perfectly cooked vegetables and oh my goodness the garlic/herb roasties were amazing! It was a huge plate of food but I devoured every mouthful. My friend who had the pork belly was equally blown away by how delicious it was. Anyway, if you want a Sunday treat this is a must. Oh and the staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Already dreaming of my next visit! Thank you The Duck."
