Never have I felt so disappointed eating a pad thai at a thai express. The whole cooking process took maybe 1 minute and the noodles barely cooked with the sauce. It was like tasting all the raw ingredients that make a pad thai seperatly and not cooked together. All the oil and sauce was at the bottom and was kind of watery. Food is amazing here. The fried rice is always on point but here and there I can see it’s not fully cooked in the wok with cold pieces in my meal.
