it is a real scandal that they get rid of the waiter and waiter and put themselves serving kiosks into play. the whole steak n shake atmosphere is completely gone. no more mini jukeboxes, no more American diners. it is an absolute scandal what business have done. I'm just using the drive now because I don't have to worry about going in, and they took the half of the Shake menu away, as if it had closed their own. View all feedback.
