Finally tried Fast Fish and was very disappointed by the cold rice. In Hawaii, California, New York, DC, etc., poke is usually served over hot rice. If rice were to be served cooled, it should at the very minimum be sushi rice! Instead this just tastedlike refrigerated grainy rice. The toppings were good! But the rice really ruined it all.
