A cozy little gem which you'll miss if you blink, right off the highway going towards Big Lake from Wasilla. Friendly atmosphere, great service, good food, two halves. The wait staff: fantastic Atmosphere: clean, and comfortable. Food: Lacking so much. The food sadly was lacking any seasoning, and if you are going to order the country fried steak expect to get a paper thin shale rock to try to eat. I was on the sports bar restaurant side although the diner side looks remarkably quiet and relaxed. The sports bar restaurant side was quite the polar opposite. A bit loud but that's just due to the small size. The food was great, the prices weren't exorbitant. Always ask what the daily special is otherwise you might miss out! Very busy but attentive staff! Regular or not, they are quite welcoming. It was a good experience. Would go again.
The owner Brad is super cool, and he has a beautiful Arundel terrier dog And they have a beautiful gardener s Bob and Jeanie it is so pretty inside in the most beautiful pictures. I wanted to buy it.
