Unfortunately brunch is not served everyday until 3pm. On 3 occasions I have been let down... And said it depends on what chef is working : It's a pity because I've had the cooked breakfast and it was absolutely the best breakfast I've had in Swansea, very tasty and would come back again as long as the right chef is in of course...
