Baby Coffee Co opened late last year and has quickly become a strong fixture in the brunch department. I was mostly drawn to the pancakes, Alex was mostly drawn to the selfie opportunities. an aspiring, popular weekend brunch spot with pastel pink furniture and friendly services. the bottomless cocktail is a popular drink to order but there will end the hype. see their “café style” dishes and taste very simple and the kitchen has to be overwhelmed with appendages, so they think it is ok to serve burned frit. they were happy to replace them immediately.
