Nice food, fancy deco and reasonable price. The most impressive is the service. One way to know how the service is to ask for hot water. La Rosa exceeded my expectation. They asked me whether I want lemon on the side, and then served the water in a nice tea pot with a cup and a few slices of lemon on the side.
