We celebrated an office farewell here. Pre-ordered the food and everything was organised very well. The only minor issue was that they had updated their prices on a certain day but we had booked a few days in advance so after some discussions with their management they allowed us to pay the original prices and not the updated new ones. What User doesn't like about PappaRich Central Plaza Express:
Waited 20 minutes for my roti chanai and it came out cold and like a leather. The Rendang was more like beef curry, the meat was tough and its absolutely not worth the time and money. Worst of all, the lady on the counter did nothing to fix my experience or food. Never going back. Ipoh is much better. View all feedback.
If you suddenly look for Asian food, especially Malysian or little singapre, go and find the PapaRich.
For a Qucik lunch, the food was as usual nice. Service was fast and pleasant. Price is quite reasonable.
