What R likes about Sushi Hotaru:
Always been a regular at this joint. Excellent customer service and can easily order the sushi from tablet device or just pick from the conveyor belt. Good size portion and fresh. My favourites are the spicy grilled salmon, spicy grilled scallop, and spicy grilled squid. read more.

What T doesn't like about Sushi Hotaru:
2022 Hotaru is a convenient spot for sushi train in Sydney CBD. Pricing has increased to $4.30/plate. It’s normally very busy therefore don’t forget to write your name and take the ticket number. Food is good with many options. They don’t offer pickled gingers though.

A visit to Sushi Hotaru becomes even more rewarding due to the large selection of coffee and tea specialties, and a lot of fresh vegetables, fish and meat are used to cook healthy Japanese meals. But the undisputed highlight of this restaurant is the delightful Sushi such as Maki and Te-Maki, and you can look forward to the scrumptious typical seafood cuisine.
