"Staff here has always been rude, they seem annoyed to be doing their job. Kept coming back because the ice cream is great. Now with the price almost doubling over the last few years combined with smaller portion sizes and rude treatment I guess Dairy Queen or Ross street ice cream it is!!!"

"I go to Starbucks everyday in Red Deer. I’ve been to this location a few times. This is a first time at this Starbucks that the staff making my drink was rude and seemed not wanting to be there. I said thank you and have a good day to her and she turned around saying nothing. It was today at 11:20 and a bit busy but not overwhelming as there was 6 staff members on at that time.Won’t come back to this location again."
