Just got off of the phone with Amy, who was extremely helpful in determining whether or not Potbelly would be "safe" for my peanut allergy kid.
The food is good but the service is terribleNo common sense.
I've been to this location 3 time because it is that good! I always get the Farmhouse salad and the lettuce is ALWAYS fresh! The ordering can be quite slow
